Отсутствие зависимостей при попытке загрузить файл с Джерси

Question

Я пытаюсь разработать приложение для загрузки файла с Джерси, но получаю ошибки по зависимостям. Я проверил и другие посты, но я не нашел никакого решения.

Ниже приведена ошибка:
