Проблема при преобразовании классификатора изображений Pytorch в mlmodel: возвращает тот же вывод softmax независимо от img

Я обучил и протестировал классификатор изображений (Resnet34, Fast.ai, 3 класса) с помощью pytorch и learn.predict()работает как положено. Когда я конвертирую pytorch -> onnx -> mlmodel, он предсказывает одни и те же значения softmax независимо от отправляемого мной изображения.

Чтобы преобразовать его в.onnx, мне нужно сначала нормализовать данные изображения и сгладить их. Я нашел этот учебник, который работал с предыдущей версией fastai/onnx-coreml. Я делаю это со следующим классом:

Возможные проблемы: 1. Я неправильно настраиваю Sequential перед преобразованием. 2. Coreml или onnx не могут обрабатывать неквадратные изображения.

Я пробовал кучу разных входов, но продолжаю получать то же самое, поэтому любая помощь будет очень благодарна!

Решение

Я добавил target_ios=13 в свой список параметров (который требовал обновления до MacOS версии 10.15), и это сработало.

from onnx_coreml import convert
ml_model = convert(model='model.onnx', target_ios='13')

Вам нужно позвонить final_model.eval() перед экспортом в ONNX, в противном случае модель будет в режиме обучения по умолчанию и будут включены все выпадающие слои.
