Проблемы с запуском Sitecore 7.2 в Azure

Question

У меня в Azure работают два веб-сайта Sitecore 7.2, один из которых - Test, а другой - Prod. Сайты являются копиями друг друга, где разница только в том, что Prod имеет публичный URL. Они используют одну и ту же БД и usr/pwd.

После копирования всего из Test в Prod, сайт Prod начинает выдавать ошибки после того, как пользователь пытается войти в Sitecore. Похоже, Sitecore пытается создать заявку в службу поддержки, но я не могу понять, что на самом деле означает ошибка. Любая помощь приветствуется.

Это не создание заявки в службу поддержки, это буквально говорит то, что вам нужно знать. В нем отсутствует файл, и он ожидает, что этот файл будет найден по адресу D:\home\site\wwwroot\bin\Sitecore.Support.400292.400293.dll

Проверьте ваши файлы конфигурации для этой библиотеки DLL. Мне кажется, что преобразование web.config пошло не так (поскольку DLL-библиотеки поддержки sitecore обычно не включают 2 номера выпуска).
