Как я могу создать Dockerfile здесь?
я git clone это и беги docker build ., Тогда я получил следующую ошибку:

Вам необходимо установить gcc и другие дополнительные пакеты lib для установки moto:
RUN apk add --no-cache --update gcc musl-dev libffi-dev openssl-dev
