Twig Swiftmailer без Symfony

Пространство имен в указанной документации неверно.

Правильный синтаксис:

$swiftMailerTemplateHelper = new \WMC\SwiftmailerTwigBundle\Mailer\TwigSwiftHelper($twig, '/var/www/templates/utilities/test');
//It was missing the \Mailer\ in the class path.
