Преобразовать изображение

Question

Я пытался преобразовать этот код в vb.net и добавить небольшой код для создания файла... но разрешение файла стало дерьмом, и я не могу вставить его в отчет Crystal, сделал ли я что-то не так при преобразовании его в vb.сеть? заранее спасибо:)
