[query findObjectsInBackgroundWithBlock:^(NSArray *objects, NSError *error) {
    if(!error){
         userList = objects;
        [self.tableView reloadData];
    }

}];

В своем коде вы запрашиваете объекты "Пользователь", а затем извлекаете поле "Пользователь" из этих объектов.
