У меня была такая же проблема, как и у вас. Чтобы перейти с идентификатора по умолчанию на uuid, я думаю, вы могли бы сделать нечто похожее на то, что у меня было

Выше левый дополняет целочисленное значение нулями и преобразует в UUID. Этот подход не требует сопоставления идентификаторов, и при необходимости можно получить старый идентификатор.

Поскольку нет копирования данных, этот подход работает довольно быстро.
