Как узнать, добавлен или удален EKEvent? так что я могу запланировать уведомление о событии. в противном случае для удаленного события также будет запланировано уведомление. любая помощь?

Если вы используете refresh свойство, оно вернет false, когда оно было удалено, и true, если вы все еще можете его использовать.
