ASP.NET || VsualStudio || Не удалось загрузить файл или сборку? Что я могу сделать?

Я пытаюсь использовать "войти и зарегистрироваться", который поставляется с MVC 4, когда я заполняю страницу регистрации (поля "Имя пользователя и пароль") и нажимаю кнопку "зарегистрироваться", появляется это исключение:

Я пытаюсь удалить ссылку и добавить ее снова с правильным путем - Сейчас работает.

Я не могу понять, почему Visual Studio ищет dll по этому пути: "C:\Program Files (x86)\" (у меня есть другая dll, на которую я ссылаюсь на нее из этой папки)
