Удалите атрибуты "decryption" и "compatibilityMode" из элемента
Кроме того, вы никогда не должны использовать машинный ключ, который вы не сгенерировали самостоятельно. В противном случае вы полагаете, что третье лицо, которое дало вам ключ, не регистрирует его и не использует его в гнусных целях.
