Вы, вероятно, используете надежные репозитории, потому что они указаны в документации.

Если вы используете xenial, вы должны изменить свой файл конфигурации /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kurento.list

deb http://ubuntu.kurento.org xenial kms6

Тогда попробуй sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install kurento-media-server-6.0 снова.

Кстати, учтите, что куренто официально поддерживает только верные (14.04). xenial работает, но документация сделана только для доверенных.
