Невозможно скомпилировать MySQL++

Я пытаюсь скомпилировать MySQL++ 3.1.0 с помощью команды:

mingw32-make -f Makefile.mingw

После компиляции набора файлов (например, beemutex.cpp, cmdline.cpp, connection.cpp, ...) я получаю следующие ошибки:

Что-то может быть не так в моей конфигурации, но я не могу найти что. Кажется странным, что он не может найти, например, size_t,

Изменения size_t() с std::size_t() в refcounted.h решил проблему. Теперь он компилируется.

У меня все еще есть проблемы со связыванием, но они должны быть разными.
