Убедитесь, что вы можете открыть вызов returnTradeHistory с помощью своего браузера ( https://poloniex.com/public?command=returnTradeHistory¤cyPair=BTC_ETH) Если ваш браузер показывает вам недавнюю историю торговли, все в порядке. Если вам необходимо заполнить капчу, ваш IP-адрес заблокирован / помечен. Если вам необходимо заполнить капчу каждый раз при открытии сайта, вам необходимо связаться со службой поддержки.
Poloniex не поддерживает обмен криптовалют на бумажные деньги, поэтому вы не можете найти прямой обмен на что-то вроде BTC_USD. Вам нужно будет получить коэффициент обмена с другого сайта.
Используемая вами функция (returnTradeHistory) возвращает вашу личную историю. Если вы еще ничего не торговали, он будет пустым. Если вы хотите получить историю глобальной торговли, вам нужно использовать returnMarketTradeHistory
