RabbitMQ обмен сообщениями / очередь

Я не совсем понимаю обмен / очередь мертвых писем. онлайн-документ гласит:

republished to another exchange when any of the following events occur:
    The message is rejected (basic.reject or basic.nack) with requeue=false,
    The TTL for the message expires; or
    The queue length limit is exceeded.

Означает ли это, что когда это событие произойдет, сообщения будут автоматически перемещаться в очередь недоставленных сообщений? или я должен специально в своем коде переместить эти "мертвые" сообщения в этот DLQ?

Также, как мне установить DLX/DLQ для моей обычной очереди? сказать, когда сообщение в моей обычной очереди не удалось / истек, то оно переходит в DLX/DLQ?
