неопределенная ссылка на _gettimeofday с использованием vcpkg

Я собираю на C с VS2022 эту прошивку mxchip A3166 и установил vcpkg в свою систему win11. Я часами пытался получить отметку времени, но теперь я соглашаюсь на что-то более близкое, например, на разницу во времени, но я не могу запустить какие-либо библиотечные методы, связанные со временем, я всегда получаю эту ошибку:

.hфайл не является библиотекой. Он содержит только информацию об именах функций и типах возвращаемых значений и принимаемых параметрах. Фактический вызов функции должен быть в.cисходные файлы, файлы объектов или файлы библиотек.

Ошибка компоновщика показывает, что у вас нет функции «тело» в этих файлах. Вероятно, это не реализовано для вашей цели (довольно распространено во встроенном мире)
