Я думал, что это как-то связано с разрешениями в папке WinSXS, но пока не удалось выяснить проблему. То же самое происходит, если я пытаюсь установить vc80, но, что интересно, он отлично работает в более новых средах выполнения vc (vc10 и т. д.).
Кто-нибудь еще сталкивался с этой проблемой или имеет какие-либо идеи о возможных следующих шагах?
