Я думаю, что это было из-за этой строки:

rwuser bootstrap priv

это должно быть так:

rwuser bootstrap authPriv

если бы вы дали какой "уровень безопасности" пользователю, он мог бы использовать только этот "уровень безопасности" для аутентификации
