Ошибка отправки электронной почты Django: ConnectionRefusedError: [Errno 61] В соединении отказано

Я пытался отправить электронное письмо через Django, используя send_mail() функция от django.core.mail когда я столкнулся с этой ошибкой:

ConnectionRefusedError: [Errno 61] Connection refused

Это мой код прямо из документации:

Я заменил [e-mail] с одним из адресов электронной почты, и я заменяю [e-mail] с одним из моих других идентификаторов электронной почты.
