Question

Как мы можем переключить фотографии с некоторой информацией? Когда мы переключаем картинку, то информация также должна переключаться в галерее в Android.

    tv2=(TextView)findViewById(R.id.Cardname);
    tv3=(TextView)findViewById(R.id.Expirydate);
    tv4=(TextView)findViewById(R.id.status);

Вы забыли упомянуть родительский вид, прежде чем просить LayoutFile, добавьте (TextView)arg1.findViewById() для всех TextViews и дайте нам знать. Надеюсь, поможет

Создать макет с ImageView а также TextView, Затем напишите свой пользовательский адаптер для Gallery и там в getView метод положил ImageView а также TextView ваши ценности. Им установили этот адаптер на свой Gallery,

Вам просто нужно использовать ArrayList чей индекс будет связан с Gallery views отдельные представления, и длина ArrayList будет соответствовать длине представления галереи, на setOnItemClickListener используйте переменную position для изменения Content из списка Array, соответствующего тому же индексу
