Вы можете получить значение Lable из массива.

- (void)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView didSelectRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath;
{
      NSLog(@"%@",amountArray[indexPath.row]);
}

Вы получите значение метки выбранной строки.
