Сделать снимок и сохранить его с помощью Android Studio

Question

Я написал программу, которая может сделать снимок. Проблема в том, что когда я пытаюсь сохранить его в DIRECTORY_PICTURES, я не могу найти фотографию, которую я сделал в каталоге картинок, что не так с моим кодом? Программа, которую я написал, без проблем открывает камеру, и я могу сделать снимок успешно, но в каталоге картинок нет изображения

//This is one of the best can take photo full size in android an save it but create temp file that what exactly is in your code. it doesn't work some of custom phones like some model of samsung & Mi there you can check for file 
//and you have to use Intent Action picker intent for that.
