Я использую quarkus-rest-client для вызова службы REST из моего приложения Quarkus.

ExampleResource предлагает одну конечную точку http://localhost:8080/echo это зовёт https://postman-echo.com/get используя RestClient:

Проблема возникает, когда RestClient определяется как @ApplicationScopedкомпонент. Если я изменю его так, чтобы он был создан, создание собственного образа не будет иметь никаких проблем:

Как здесь было сказано, вы используете не клиент MicroProfile REST, а клиент JAX-RS.

В любом случае вы можете заставить свой код работать в собственном режиме, изменив RestClient класс:
