сбой соединения с администратором баз данных Solarwinds, показывающим, что хост порта неверен

Показывает мне проблему с подключением при попытке установить соединение с анализатором производительности базы данных solarwinds.

 Server (Name or IP)= 10.57.38.181

 Port = 1433 

  Authentication:  Sql Server Authentication

  SYSADMIN Login: tajamul

 Password:abcd

 Suggestions: Try the IP address instead of the server name; ping the database server from the DPA 
  machine using both name and IP to confirm availability; verify that the port is not blocked by a 
  firewall.
 Error Message: Invalid Host or Port [error=java.sql.SQLException: Network error IOException: Could not create socket]
