Я пытался переустановить Java JDK, но версия осталась прежней - 1.8.0_221

Мой код в Python:

установить селен сервера:

Ваша основная проблема заключается в несовместимости используемой версии двоичных файлов:

На странице драйвера клиента Selenium упоминается:

• Поддерживаемые версии Python:

  Python 2.7, 3.4+
  

• Но список на странице selenium 3.141.0 включает только:

  • Python:: 2.7
  • Python:: 3.4
  • Python:: 3.5
  • Python:: 3.6
