Поскольку вы пытаетесь выполнить утверждение из другой программы, вам нужно использовать недавно добавленную структуру контекста (C) в func() подпись, затем позвоните So вне этого контекста. Вот ваша версия с небольшой модификацией:

Это исключение запускается context.go#mustGetCurrentContext(),
вы можете увидеть тест, запускающий то же исключение в story_conventions_test.go#TestFailureModeNoContext

Из тестового примера, если кажется, что вызов goroutine из goroutine из теста Convey вызовет панику no context.

Поскольку Jenkins запускает тесты из обычной программы, это может объяснить, почему ваш тест GoConvey не проходит (даже если он выполняется, когда вы звоните go test прямо, за пределами Дженкинс)
