Поставщик веб-сервисов БД toplink

Я пытаюсь разработать веб-сервис jax-ws, основанный на пакете pl/sql, с использованием поставщика WS WS верхнего звена, проблема в том, что моя процедура возвращает массив таблиц, а ответное сообщение не соответствует ожиданиям.

генерируется wsdl:
