Как загрузить функцию с заменой и вернуть результат

Question

Я пытаюсь взять два случайно выбранных подвыборки из фрейма данных, извлечь средние значения столбца в подвыборках и вычислить разницу между средними значениями. Ниже функция и использование replicate в do.call должно работать, насколько я могу судить, но я получаю сообщение об ошибке:

Я думаю, что ошибка связана с не возвращением вывода функции в формате, который можно передать rbind, но все, что я пытаюсь сделать, похоже, не работает (то есть я пытался преобразовать объект outdf во фрейм данных и матрицу и все еще получить сообщение об ошибке).

Если вы пройдете sample список /data.frame в качестве первого аргумента вернет список /data.frame. Вы не можете использовать data.frame для поднабора data.frame.
