Как создать отчет для приложения Магазина Windows?

Я занимаюсь разработкой LOB-приложения, ориентированного на Windows Store, и мне хотелось бы знать, какие есть варианты для создания пользовательских отчетов для него. Пользователь может захотеть, кроме печати, экспортировать в PDF или CSV.

Я не знаю, какой API есть для приложений Windows Store. Поиск в Google не сильно помог.

Если бы не было инструмента для создания отчета, что бы вы предложили, ребята?

Смотря PrintSample от Microsoft, он печатает содержимое компонента сетки. Я сомневаюсь, как установить размер страницы в этом случае, чтобы я мог правильно отформатировать отчет.

Любая помощь / идея высоко ценится.

Я поручил клиенту создать приложение для Магазина Windows для их планшета RT. Я понятия не имел, что технология была настолько... ограниченной в то время. Например, отсутствуют System.Data, StreamWriter и многие другие обычные функциональные возможности бизнес-приложений... Вероятно, самым удивительным для меня был стандартный метод построения отчетов. Похоже, что до сих пор они не были интегрированы в SSRS (надеюсь, скоро?). Что касается Crystal Reports, то в настоящее время у них нет планов расширения до платформы Windows RT.

Меня не впечатлил образец Print от Microsoft, который больше всего походил на взлом. Поэтому я создал более подходящий метод для своих нужд. Я уверен, что многие из вас придумали свои собственные методы, в том числе приобретение сторонних инструментов, но я сгенерировал свои собственные отчеты с помощью HTML и текущих доступных для WindowsRT методов SQLite (насколько я скучаю по System.Data!). Как уже упоминалось, StreamWriter кажется не очень правдоподобным с Windows RT, поэтому я провел небольшое исследование альтернативы, и это то, что работает для меня:

К сожалению, нет свободной библиотеки (tool/sdk) для генерации отчетов PDF/Excel в Windows Store App сейчас.
Но если у вас есть деньги на покупку - проверьте PDFTron и Syncfusion
