Выделение текста в TextView и вызов плавающего меню при длинном щелчке

Question

У меня есть TextView с которым я пытаюсь связать плавающее контекстное меню, активируемое по длинному клику. Мне нужен текст в TextView чтобы можно было выбирать, и после того, как выбор сделан (по длинному щелчку), выделенный текст будет использоваться в качестве входных данных для параметров в плавающем контекстном меню.
На долгое нажатие TextViewконтекстное меню отображается перед отображением диапазона выбора текста. Это другое, если я использую Contextual Action Bar вместо этого меню, которое вызывается при длительном нажатии только после выделения текста на экране.

1. Как убедиться, что режим выделения текста введен до вызова контекстного меню?

Вы должны использовать Activity с android.intent.action.PROCESS_TEXT.
