Настройка APN программно в Android
Я устанавливаю APN программно в Android. Когда я запускаю код, который я получаю Security Exception :android.permission.WRITE_APN_SETTINGSЕсли я упомянул это разрешение в манифесте, я получаю ошибку, как эти разрешения только СИСТЕМНЫЕ ПРИЛОЖЕНИЯ. не могли бы вы помочь мне решить эту проблему. ссылка ссылка

Из Android Pie (Api 28). Вы можете настроить APN через DevicePolicyManager, но вам необходимо предоставить свое приложение как DeviceOwner, как описано в документации addOverrideApn.

В настоящее время (API 23) я могу читать атрибуты "apn" и "type" без разрешения, может быть, некоторые другие, но не "текущий", который мне так нужен!
Попробуй это
Окно -> Настройки -> Android -> Проверка ошибок Lint.
Найдите ProtectedPermission из списка и установите уровень серьезности, отличный от ошибки (например, информация). Таким образом, ваш проект все еще будет компилироваться.
