Запуск примера приложения с использованием "mvn exec:exec" не работает

Я слежу за началом работы с версией 0.9. Я могу запустить пример приложения с помощью полной команды "java -Duser.lan..." и дважды щелкнуть по файлу foo.jar, но когда я попробую альтернативу mvn exec:exec, это не сработает.
