PyPM - это хороший способ установить его. Версия бета 0.10.1 и включает в себя все зависимости. Вам нужен активный Python для доступа к PyPM, но вы должны легко установить его.

иметь дистрибутив Python с современными пакетами.
В этой среде вы можете установить и обновить все необходимые вам пакеты pip

Так что если вам нужен только SciPy (и NumPy), это будет:
