Swift Package Manager устанавливает следующее, что решило эту проблему для меня в другом проекте:

SWIFT_FORCE_DYNAMIC_LINK_STDLIB = YES
SWIFT_FORCE_STATIC_LINK_STDLIB = NO

Обратите внимание, что путь поиска был установлен на:

LD_RUNPATH_SEARCH_PATHS = $(TOOLCHAIN_DIR)/usr/lib/swift/macosx @executable_path

В вашей цели "Command Line Tool" установите следующее...

LD_RUNPATH_SEARCH_PATHS = @executable_path

(Или как Xcode называет их "Runtime Search Paths") @rpathпо сути, говорит.. "эй, посмотрите в любую папку, в которой работает" инструмент ", для динамически загружаемых библиотек. (В этом случае это будет ваш build папка.

Другое полезное @rpath Комбинации включают аналогично относительные пути к исполняемому файлу (который в некоторых случаях может также быть двоичным файлом библиотеки или фреймворка) через @loader_path, Скажем, если библиотека была связана в рамках.. Это может потребовать LD_RUNPATH_SEARCH_PATHS из @loader_path/Frameworks, так далее.
