Скрипт Python не работает в Windows (но работает в Mac)

Я успешно запускаю точно такой же скрипт на Mac, но он не работает на Windows Server 2012 r2. Интересно, в чем может быть причина и что я должен проверить? Вот скрипт:

Интересно, это как-то связано с уровнем доступа к c:\ProgramData в Windows, и если да, то как я могу это исправить? Я также обновил conda и pygsheets на обеих машинах.

Это известная ошибка в pygsheets, установите с github, чтобы получить исправление. Или как обходной путь, вы можете отключить кэш.
