В этом небольшом приложении я использовал @Autowired аннотация вместе с @Qualifier аннотация для настройки зависимостей, но все равно выдается исключение, как упомянуто ниже.

Почему весна не учитывает @Qualifier аннотация для поиска правильного bean dest1 с квалификатором value="ForPizza"?

Попробуйте добавить следующее в вашу конфигурацию Spring:

<context:component-scan base-package="com.test.Shopping"/>

Удалите все постпроцессоры аннотаций и просто добавьте ниже в xml.

Попробуйте разместить @Qualifier по параметру, а не по методу:
