Fat Framework Script для Xcode 10?

Первый путь прерывается, когда вы попадаете в папку Release-universal, потому что нет папки.framework. Вместо этого содержимое фреймворка есть.

Вам не нужно ничего менять. Просто установите skip_install на NO в настройке сборки целевого фреймворка. Также удалите.framework из ${PROJECT_DIR} перед архивированием.
Если это по-прежнему не работает, отредактируйте свой вопрос, указав, что ${PROJECT_NAME}_archive.log ошибся.
Редактировать: также попробуйте собрать с устаревшей системой в xcode 10. Файл -> Настройки рабочего пространства -> Построить систему
Редактировать 2: По какой-то причине скрипты bash после действий Xcode 10 ведут себя по-разному для предыдущих версий Xcode. Особенно линия:

В Xcode 10 это скопирует содержимое.framework в ${UNIVERSAL_OUTPUTFOLDER}, тогда как в Xcode 9.3 оно скопирует все.framework в папку.
Так что если вы измените эту строку на:
