Звездочки Rails 4.2.6 не работают в разработке

Question

Я не уверен, почему это происходит, но это сводит меня с ума. Я пытаюсь обновить рельсы с 4.1.1 до последней стабильной версии 4.2.6, До обновления ничего странного не произошло, активы теперь перечислены в assets.rb.

Я обнаружил, что это тормозит при обновлении sprockets драгоценный камень для 3.5.2 , поэтому заставил его вернуться к 2.11.0 , но это не исправить.

Однако в режиме разработки с config.assets.debug = true заголовочный файл не имеет связанной таблицы стилей, почему?!

И если я попытаюсь rake assets:precompile созданные файлы пусты. Я что-то забыл?
