Как узнать в Cisco JTAPI, подключен ли телефонный звонок?

Я пытаюсь выяснить, как узнать, подключен ли вызов, то есть на него ответили и разговор начался. У меня есть проблема, когда вызов подключается сразу после набора номера, обратного вызова нет вообще, и я не смог выяснить, как выяснить, связан ли вызов в этом сценарии. Как я могу узнать из событий или каких-либо объектов подключения, что бы ни был связан вызов?

Ниже событий, которые я получаю. 1044 - это вызывающий номер, 9106 - номер вызываемого приложения, которое немедленно отвечает на вызов, поэтому обратного вызова нет, и вызывает агента с номером 1056.
