Решение

Не могу найти никакого решения для этого. Я должен был удалить эти условные обозначения, чтобы заставить вещи работать как нужно.

Мой совет - отключить фильтр содержимого ConvertToXhtml и протестировать снова: https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/builtincontentfilters/defaultcs.aspx

Вы также можете проверить, отключив другие фильтры тоже.
