Maximo Anywhere 7.6 - Приложение Physical Count - Проблема при обновлении Physical Count

При обновлении физического счета элемента в приложении Physical Count выдается сообщение об ошибке ниже. Я могу обновить Physical Count с портала Maximo.

Не удалось понять основную причину этой проблемы.

Может ли кто-нибудь помочь, пожалуйста?

Картик, я могу выполнить физический подсчет в AW 7.6. (протестировано с использованием одного и того же идентификатора из пользовательского интерфейса Maximo и приложения для мобильных ПК) В зависимости от вашей трассировки стека, это может происходить из конфигурации INVBALANCESVIEW OSLC. Вы пытались включить регистратор до отладки?
