Я бы использовал библиотеку поддержки Leback. У них есть хорошая поддержка карусели (RowsFragment). Большинство реализаций с обратной связью поддерживаются на пожарном телевидении. Однако есть некоторые реализации, которые не поддерживаются (т.е. поиск фрагмента).
