Не удается установить инструменты Oracle для Visual Studio
Я пытаюсь установить файл ODTwithODAC121021 на виртуальной машине Windows 8.1, работающей на параллелях, и получаю следующее сообщение об ошибке при запуске универсального установщика Oracle
