Я пытаюсь установить Doorkeeper на новую версию rails (4.0.2). После того, как я добавляю гем в гемфайл и устанавливаю его, я пытаюсь запустить

Проблема в том, что ваш проект имеет то же имя, что и пакет, который вы пытаетесь установить. Измените название проекта, и оно должно работать.
