Это происходит потому, что вы пытаетесь использовать visit метод из Capybara::DSL, Если вы проверите документацию:

 Капибара больше не поддерживается в
 Спросите спецификации от Capybara 2.0.0. Рекомендуемый способ использования капибары
 с характеристиками

Чтобы решить эту проблему, вы должны переместить свои тесты в spec/features папка или включить Capybara::DSL для спецификации запроса:
