JTextPane подсветка вопроса
Последние дни я пытался реализовать функцию выделения в небольшом текстовом редакторе. По какой-то причине я получаю странный результат:
Данный пример должен выделять каждый "dolor" - первые случаи правильно найдены и выделены, а следующие нет.

JTextComponent
"s getText()
и А JTextPane/JEditorPane
"s getText()
имеет различную реализацию. JTextPane/JEditorPane
использования EditorKit
записать содержимое документа (текст) в StringWriter
а затем вернуть текст с форматированием и вставкой разрыва строки / абзаца в документ. Но JTextCompoent
возвращает содержимое документа напрямую:
document.getText(0, document.getLength());
Вы лучше поймете, если попытаетесь сравнить длину: jTextPane1.getText().length()
а также jTextPane1().getDocument().getLength()

Воспроизведение разницы в длине путем вставки строки с:
DefaultStyleDocument.insertString(0, str, primaryStyle)
when str = "I\n not" ; document length = 6, getText().length = 7
when str = "I\r\n not" ; document length = 7, getText().length = 8
when str = "I\n\n not" ; document length = 7, getText().length = 9!
