Question

Я получаю следующую ошибку и сбой при запуске AVD с API 17-20. Я не получаю эту ошибку с API 23. Я использую Android Studio 2.0.

Это ошибка используемого вами эмулятора. AVD не установлен должным образом, и трассировка стека показывает, что модуль запуска устройства генерирует исключения.
