Проблема SupportMapFragment во вложенном фрагменте TabHost

У меня есть 1 FragmentActivity 1 основной fragment и 2 tabshosted child fragment один для просмотра списка другой для карты. У меня есть 2 проблемы здесь. Во-первых, я должен предотвращать воссоздание дочерних фрагментов на каждой вкладке. Вторая проблема; первый раз, когда я нажимаю вкладку для фрагмента карты карту можно увидеть. но возвращение к фрагменту списка и возврат к фрагменту карты карта не отображается. У меня точно такая же настройка (карта и список), и я могу сказать вам, что было очень больно использовать старую систему навигации с вкладками, которой, как я верю, вы являетесь. Режим навигации с вкладками для панели действий устарел. Вы должны использовать FragmentPagerAdapter и SlidingTabLayout из текущих образцов Android. Вот ссылка на видео YT на эту тему.
