Android Studio - Ящик Переключатель панели инструментов не открывает ящик

Кто-нибудь знает, что я делаю неправильно, почему моя кнопка переключения ящика на панели инструментов не открывает окно навигации?

Я использую код ниже в моем onCreate

Я хочу добавить Navigation Drawer с моим CollapsingToolbarLayout. но кнопка Toggle не открывает ящик. Также CollapsingToolbarLayout иногда не прокручивается вверх. Я использую minSdkVersion 21 для моего проекта.

Хорошо, я в итоге создаю 3 xml файла для activity_main, app_bar а также content_main
