Когда я вызываю runReport в Oracle Bi Service в oracle Bi report v12c, возвращаемый byteArray равен нулю!!! Пожалуйста, помогите мне!

Попробуйте добавить:

reportRequest.setSizeOfDataChunkDownload(-1);

в вашем коде.
